The Easiest Way To Meal Prep Oatmeal

Tuesday, July 18, 2017

Eating breakfast can be hard. Your alarm goes off and you keep hitting snooze. Next thing you know, you are out of bed and you only have 10 minutes to get ready for work. You frantically get ready and maybe think, "How am I supposed to have time to make and eat breakfast?!" Well here is my oatmeal hack for all of my friends and for all of my clients who say "they don't have time" for anything! This easy trick will help you stay more consistent with your meals. I hope that it helps you as much as it helps me when I have those super crazy work weeks.

2 Ingredient Lazy Waffles

Wednesday, July 12, 2017

After many failed attempts and many complaints to my roommates, I finally was successful! I tried to find edible vegan waffles online, but many of them either had a zillion ingredients or were just straight up too complicated. Sunrise Beet "Hummus"

Tuesday, July 11, 2017

You know those beautiful "unicorn" colored foods circulating all over the internet? The one thing that bothers me is that the dyes don't actually make the food taste interesting. Ever want to make a pizza, but are too lazy to use a million ingredients?! This plant based sweet potato pizza crust only requires two ingredients! Try this sweet potato pizza instead of the regular cauliflower or zucchini crust.

Quinoa Pineapple Fried "Rice"

Tuesday, May 16, 2017

When I was younger, my older brother used to make me the best fried rice. It was made with white rice, a ton of butter and eggs. The whole nine yards. I don't usually buy rice, so I've been wondering if it would taste just as good with quinoa instead. I think this one might have even tasted better (sorry, Garrett)! A quinoa dish has more protein, more fiber and overall higher nutrient density.

Edible Cookie Dough

Sunday, April 30, 2017

Edible cookie dough?! I have seen edible "healthy" cookie doughs before in the past, but they were always made with chickpeas. Unfortunately I am allergic to chickpeas (I know, so sad), so I decided to try a cookie dough recipe made from white beans instead. Id like to think that it turned out pretty well
